Delivery Areas and Costs

We deliver mainly to the Dakar region.
Delivery costs are calculated when you confirm your order based on the delivery area.

Delivery times

Orders placed before 12pm (local time) are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours on business days.
*Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the period (high activity, promotions) or exceptional circumstances (mobilization, strikes, bad weather).

Reception and Verification

Upon receipt, please check the condition of the package and products. In case of damage or missing products, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos.
If you have any problems with delivery (damaged package, error in the order), please contact us at 33 822 22 30.
